We're moving the TARC practice and qualification launch to Saturday 3/21. The 3/28 date remains unchanged. Hopefully the weather will be better than what has been forecast for this weekend.

While there is more "open" area at Woodsom Farm, Howard and the UMASS team reported that the valleys that still hold snow were about 2/3 slushy snow and 1/3 water beneath. One of the students pulled his foot up without its boot while making their way out there. The frozen ground won't percolate the water too well.

Thanks for rescheduling, I wasn't looking forward to slushy snow with rain, like last year!
Next weekend is forecast for 39 degrees and snow, it's gonna be down to the wire for our TARC team (again), we really need one last good score w/ decent weather!

anyone who wants to make the drive there will be a launch on sunday on lake winnipesaukee on sunday. please email me for more info it is at the same location as last time.
