Archetype Cable Cutter

Has anyone had any experience with the Archetype Cable Cutter ? I have my new Fatboy rocket that I would like to try it out on. The altimeter will fit in the nose and I thought it would be a good way to do dual deploy with that rocket at Amesbury.

Just wondering if anyone in the club had tried it out and had any tips, opinions etc.

Take a look at the third video on the website (it's titled "slomo"). Does the scenery look familiar? It's Amesbury and it's my rocket. If you look carefully you can see how I almost spit the hybrid motor out the back.

I've used it a few times and it's worked great every time. If you haven't bought one yet you can borrow one of mine.

I already ordered a set. I just have to figure out how get the altimeter mounted in the nose. Have you been using two (one backup) or just one?

Just one. If I had designed the rocket for it in the beginning I might have used two but I already have enough loose wiring without adding more to tangle things.
