Observer needed for TARC launch feb. 17th

I just moved these over to their own category. Guy, what was the problem you were having creating a new category?

No, it was decided by the team that they would make their try on Saturday instead of Sunday. Guy and I had been in touch with Tom via email and the weather forecast looked better for Saturday, not great, but better. The new schedule was announced a few posts ago.

As it ended up, the weather wasn't an issue. The potential snow didn't happen and the ceiling was high enough we could see the rocket through the whole flight. Today would have been undoable.

It may have been just user error, but it said something like I could not create a new category under the current category.
