Acton Winter Carnival

CMASS is doing a demonstration launch at the Acton Winter Carnival this Saturday. We need to be set up by noon and we'll be flying 6 to 10 rockets every half hour until 4:00. The carnival is at NARA Park which is not the same place we have our launches. If you follow that link you'll see a drawing of the park. We'll be setting up on the hill near the amphitheater. Note that the field has some very tall trees on one side. This is a good place to fly your low and slow rockets. Feb 2nd is Groundhog Day, so make sure what you bring to launch is something you don't mind launching over and over and over...
