Further, you can see the unexploded drouge ejection canister waving in the wind on the way down. Eventually, you see that it fires (at the main height).
Before the video, I was trying to figure out why my shear pins hadn't kept nosecone on at apogee! I'd never thought I would've mis-wired it!

I've caught myself doing that a couple of times and I suspect there were a couple of other times that I didn't catch the mistake.
