With all the tech people we have in the club, someone must know about the Zoom app. This might be a good way for us to continue to have some aspect of our meetings a couple of times each month. It looks like we can have a free level that would allow up to 100 participants for a 40 minute meeting.
I've done a few dad's group meetings on Zoom, and it's pretty good. Easy to use, and there are features such as sharing screens and audio, if that should need to be necessary (like, say someone is talking about something, they can bring up pictures or video of the thing and share it to the meeting, then everyone can see it on their screens).
It's a lot less awkward than S&T conference calls.
I have some experience with Zoom. Once you get past the initial learning curve, it is pretty straightforward to use. And there are a lot of instructional videos to get started. I think it is worth looking into.
