I have only had one CATO, and that was user error. I got the nozzle obstructed.
The youtube video is good. Lay everything out, noting the different sizes of o-rings.
For the 24/40 size, I have had the lower retaining screw uncrew in flight and get lost, so make sure you get them very tight.
