Our next launch is scheduled for 11 November in Amesbury. It will have a joint night launch with N.O.R.G. after the day launch. Get your lighted rockets ready.

For the night launch, only low- and mid-power flights are allowed. Flights should be kept under 1000 feet.

How does timing work for the night flight? Is there a break in flying and then regroup at a certain time?

I usually set up the CMASS saw horse loaner pads and the 6 pad controller in an open
area by the lane way during the afternoon. Then when it is dark enough and everything
else has been packed away in the trailer, we convene at this area and do the night
launch.

Guy.

What lights do people use on their rockets for the night launch?
