Observer needed for TARC launch feb. 17th was created by davisolzoe

the TARC team I am mentoring is planning a "bonus" qualification flight for sunday Feb. 17th and will need a NAR member to observe and sign-off for altitude and duration, please email if anyone can come.

We'll see if anyone close by replies and/or talk about at tonight's meeting at Bill's. If nothing else, I'll take a drive out there to be your witness.

yes, the school st field, thanks. the launch may get moved to saturday depending on the boy's schedule (and temperature).
