Looking for a good launch site west of Worcester was created by tompelletier

Hi, I'm looking for a good launch site near Spencer, west of Worcester. Any ideas? Thanks!

CMASS used to fly in Spencer many years ago. I think this is the location because I remember an equipment dealer and water hazard adjacent to the field. If Tony Vincent checks in here he can tell you. He used to live in Spencer.

Thanks! I know where that is. I'll check it out. Do you know if there are any restrictions on where it's okay to launch? Do I need to check with the Fire Dept. or anything like that?

I've done a fair number launches, and in recent years, we've been launching off the lake that's next to my house. But there's no ice this year!
