Sudbury is a small field with very hungry trees along one side and potentially tall grass along the other. There is a lot of open area and it's easy to fly and recover many rockets successfully. Low and slow is best.

Bring lots of stuff and determine what would be right based on the conditions. Depending on your rockets, you may not want to fly more impulse than a D or E motor. As a clue, we only set up our low power pads so the biggest rod will be 1/4" diameter and 4-feet long.

Hope this helps.

Lis is a model rocket launch. Nothing more than a G-motor.

As Kenn said, it's a fairly small field surrounded by 100' rocket eating trees. 1000' max and less if there's any wind would be the smart way to proceed.
