Help for Amesbury Launch was created by SnowLion
I just finished up my GLR Elipse DD in time for Amesbury this weekend but...I can't find any FFFFg blackpowder. I heard there's a place in ME but I am unable to get there before the launch. I need a 2.1g & 2.9g charge. Can anyone out there lend assistance?

I so wanna fly it this weekend.

Just got an email, would this stuff work? If so do I use the same equation to figure out how much to use? TIA.

PM sent.

Triple 7 is a BP substitute. Harder to use effectively than BP as it must be carefully contained or will not fire all the powder.

It can be used for ejection charges, but I would strongly recommend a series of ground tests before attempting use in flight. Failure to contain the charge just right and calibrate the amount of powder will result in an unsafe recovery and loss of your rocket.

Barring any unforseen work emergencies, I'll be there on Saturday and I'll have some FFFFg. Look for the orange and black Wildman Vindicator Jr.
