Not that anyone would be interested in this but Hodgie's Ice Cream will be opening for the season on 31 March the same day as our second TARC launch. :woohoo:

I haven't heard about Amesbury participating in Restaurant Week.

Take a look at the weather for Saturday. I think we're going to need a hot dessert.

The forecast is on the edge of unacceptable. As much as I don't want to spend four hours in drizzle, the forecast for Sunday doesn't look a lot better.

Doesn't look too bad for tomorrow:

Saturday: A slight chance of snow before 10am, then a slight chance of rain between 10am and 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 45. East wind between 5 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

The weather is going to be somewhat less than ideal but Sunday didn't look significantly better so we're going with Saturday.

If you've been to the TARC finals in Virginia you'd know that flying in rain is not out of the question although it is usually warmer.

Just to report in, as of 8:40 this morning, it is dry on the ground in Amesbury. See you all at noon.
