Q-Jet possible nozzle problem was created by KennB
This was just posted by Aerotech/Quest on TRF regarding possible nozzle problems on a batch of 18mm Q-Jet motors:

There have been a small number of 18mm Q-Jet nozzles that may have been pressed incorrectly, that could cause them to crumble in storage or deteriorate during operation. Humidity may be a factor with the incorrectly pressed nozzles. If you have any motors with the lot code 120420-01, please contact Karl at This email address is being protected from spambots. Replied by BDB on topic Q-Jet possible nozzle problem
If you bought a QJet from Esther, and it had a nozzle problem or other kind of CATO, we can help with the warranty claim.

We had an H100 CATO last year at RIMRA, and Aerotech replaced the motor quickly at no cost (but they don't reimburse for any damage to a rocket.)
