I called NAR Headquarters a while ago and they are supposed to get a test to me. The time is getting short; I will have to give them another call.

I understand this would be the L2 test process. I bring the unopened test envelope and L2 application to the launch. The test is then administered and checked at the launch.
So if I pass the test, launch and recover the rocket successfully I then send the test and L2 application back to NAR headquarters.

It\'s easier than that. I have copies of the L2 test in the trailer and you can download the application from the NAR website.

That is good news! Thanks for the info about having copies of the test in the trailer and I now have the application.
Now...I just need the motor and hardware. Hopefully Robert (CTI) will b a the launch. I am thinking of going with a P54 2gr J1055 Vmax in a 4 gr. case with 2 spacers, that will give me more altitude options for another time and it will keep mt alt for Satuday at 2068 ft.

Thanks,

As of the last club meeting, Robert was planning on being at the launch.
