Our final ARC-only launch event is scheduled for 05 April at the Acton School Street field. We'll be providing practice and qualification flights from 11-3 EDT. Qaulification flights need to be submitted by 07 April.

July 13 Acton Launch

Details
When I arrived at the field at 9:45 I was surprised to see no one else there. Evidently traffic on Rt. 495 and an accident on Rt. 2 made getting to School St. a little more difficult than usual. As people showed up we put the range together and had rockets in the air by 10:45. It was overcast all day but the winds were minimal and the forecast afternoon showers never materialized. Attendance was lighter than usual but we still got in over 180 flights. It was not a good day to fly E12's. Four out of six failed.
