I'll admit that I was somewhat less than optimistic when I arrived at the field at 9:30. It was cold and windy but at least it wasn't raining. Take a look at this
time lapse video of range being set up and you'll see the flag flapping in the wind and the range crew dressed for winter. My fingers didn't warm up until the after launch debriefing at Acapulco's. In spite of that we had quite a few fliers. In between taking pictures of Thingamajigs Jim Flis counted around 100 people. There were at least three TARC teams, a Cub Scout troop and an SLI team. The weather improved greatly in the afternoon as the temperature went up and the winds went down. We had around 275 flights. It was a "good" day for catos. Riley Stevens caught that photo on the left showing a triple E12 cato in one of Dan Wolman's rockets. There were several others. There are a few pictures in the gallery.
