I am building PML 7.5 Patriot which comes with 1500 series rail guides. These seem really small. I am familiar with 10/10 & 15/15 rail guides. My question is does CMASS support this 1500 series rail or do I need to get different rail guides like 10/10. TYVM for any info.

CMASS has a two-piece 1515 rail. We have access to a one-piece that is 12-ft long.

What motor would you plan on using and what altitude do you expect?

Hi Fred,

While I can't say for 100% certain, the Loc website says:

"Rail Buttons Series 1500-2pack: Delrin Rail Button Series 1500 2pack. Wood screws included. Works with 1.5" rails."

AFAIK, 1515 rails are 1.5" wide, and we do have 1515 rails, so you should be good. I would also think that with a 7.5" dia airframe, the pml Patriot would be best equipped with 1515 rail buttons rather than 1010.

Hopefully someone else will chime in and make it "for imprint certain "

My 7.5" Patriot uses 1515 Rail Buttons. I think that makes a lot more sense than the 1010s.

1500 series, 1.5", and 1515 are the same thing. You'll be fine.
