The 9' & 18' rockets would be great eye candy, but I don't know that we'll have that kind of space available. I will ask the organizer.

I spoke to Charles about the Hanover event and he would love to have both rockets there for display. The front of the building has very tall ceilings to accommodate. Please bring them along Joshua!

I should be able to make it and bring the Jupiter 3 I flew at the October 2025 Amesbury launch . The rocket is pretty big 7.5" diameter 8 feet tall and I have a display platform that holds it standing up . If you want rockets that has NOT flown at CMASS I have several 12" diameter rockets one is 9 feet tall and the other is 18 foot tall Nike Smoke

Received the following from Dave Kress and posting here for visibility:

I could certainly cover the 4:30 to 6:00 time period.  I could probably get there by 2 and stay after.

I could bring the following:

Goddard Nell

Goddard L13

Saturn V -- large and small

Space Shuttle

Blue Origin

Star Wars X-wing

I also have a bunch of non-scale rockets (like a Decaffeinator) if we want to show things like that.

Happy to help out. Can bring some of my Oddrocs if you think that would be appropriate.

For sure!

Happy to help out. Can bring some of my Oddrocs if you think that would be appropriate.

Separating this into its own thread to keep it clear. Below is the message from Kenn and so far only Claude has replied. I will be attending and would be happy to staff the table before and after the activities. Anyone else?

BTW, the tickets to attend the event are free. You can get them here:

Another activity related to the 100th anniversary has been brought to my attention by Peter Chestna.

"There is a Goddard event at the Hanover in Worcester on March 22nd. The organizer wants to know if CMASS would like a table at the event for community engagement. No cost. Let me know your thoughts."

Please let us know if you'd be able to volunteer some time to spend at the table talking about CMASS. More details on the length of the event will be forthcoming. Even if you can only sign up for an hour, it would be great to have you there.

In addition to people, we'd also like to display some of the rockets we fly. If you have some nice display set ups, please make them available for the event; we always get lots of interest in the models.

Respond to this thread for this or any other of the activities around the anniversary.
