Something Howard, I and others have briefly discussed at different times is how best to display home page information for members, non-members, and display device.

A couple of examples:

1. Using the phone's web browser, the information presented on the RHS (launch status, calendar, windy links) is not available for viewing until you scroll past the club intro, the carousel, blogs, articles, etc. On the ClubExpress phone app, that information doesn't appear at all (this is a Club Express thing).
2. A member may not be interested in seeing the club introduction paragraph, while newcomers to the website might.

So a couple of questions to you. Do you use your phone or tablet to browse the website? What is information that you want to see first when you visit the site, regardless of the display used? If you're pointing non-members to the site, what do you think they should be seeing?
