Hi Grant,

You could possibly fly the electronic 2-stage rocket at RIMRA. I've made a few attempts at electronic staging there over the past two years. We would want to see some sort of safety lockout for the sustainer ignition, and you would have to stay under our 3k ft waiver.

That's a great looking kit. I've been thinking about buying one myself.

I'm hoping to fly an electronic 2-stager at Lake Winnipesaukee this winter. If I see you there, we could compare notes.

I'm sorry I'm just seeing this now, I haven't really checked on the website since the fall. I'll be back at it in the summer (or spring hopefully if the Coronavirus gets sorted out) to launch some of my mid-power stuff. Maybe we could talk then? I found a really cool stager that only deploys if the angle is under so many degrees.
