I recently emailed Jolly Logic customer service concerning a question I had about the Chute Release. John Beans himself replied. We conversed with me telling him about how many people at CMASS and MMMSC launches use the Chute Release and how happy they are with it. He wanted me to tell you all thanks for your support and give you all a big HELLO.
From reading posts in TRF it is quite apparent that excellent customer service is standard operating procedure at Jolly Logic. While surfing the net for information about the Chute Release I found this really interesting video of a presentation that John Beans made at NARCON 2018
I also found this video from 2013.
BTW any advice or tips on folding a chute for use with the Chute Release are welcome, especially videos.
