Pretty good video. I apologize for my reaction at the time of the filming; the volume of Qubits was getting to me. I was unaware that the quadcopter flyer had talked with club members and the rocket's owner prior to the flight.
I met with him in the parking lot at the end of the day and we had a good discussion about our respective hobbies. Based on his skill level with his equipment, I feel this can be done safely. He would like to come back to our next launch and do some more recording, possibly even our night launches. I look forward to seeing what can be done with multiple attempts.
It looks like a large size, low flying model would yield the best results. Some of Boris' saucers and Frick-and-Frack flights would be amazing.
