Hi -- I am sure this has been asked before and I searched the forum for information but nothing cam up. I am moving toward dual deployment rockets as part of my goal of L2 and L3 certification. and was wondering what the rules were in MA for buying/using/and storing BP. AFAIK, it requires an LEUP. I would assume that for single deployment, I could just use the ejection charge that comes with the motor...
