Our joint launch with MMMSC was this past Saturday at the Tuckahoe Turf Farm in Berwick ME. The weather was sunny and in the 60's, with some very variable winds near the surface, but the winds seemed to be mild higher up. I counted 35 vehicles in the early afternoon, not including vendors and the club vehicles. I'd estimate close to 100 people. Jim of Fliskits was there. He launched three prototypes - all looked great and two flew really well. The third will need a little tweaking. Jason of AMW was also there and every time I looked over at his table, there were several people. So, it looked as if he did a brisk business. We had 176 flights from A through L. I believe the max altitude of the day was Boris's Golden Arrow which hit 7775' and landed well within the launch field. That was very nice! I'll take the minimum altitude as I left my Christmas Tree rocket on the pad with a burnt igniter! We had one successful L2 attempt and one successful and one not-so-successful L1 attempt. The irrigation sprayer was going throughout the day but as far as I could tell, remained stationary. Although it did cause some off-road exiting at the end of the day for a few people. I've posted some pictures in the gallery - please put up yours!

Thanks to all that helped set-up and take-down and especially to Kenn and Guy for manning the LCO and RSO duties throughout the day.

Our next launch is another joint launch. This time with RIMRA in West Kingston, RI on June 11th.
